Knee Battery Pack

The knee battery pack is located just above the models right knee and is attached to the bottom of the right thigh armor.

Special Sculpting Techniques: It is best to make this piece a little wider than necessary. You can always trim off the extra plastic after the vacuum forming process. The blocks should not be perfectly square, but should taper in at the top to allow for easy removal from the formed plastic. Making the blocks removable will also make it easier to remove the plastic from the mold.
