This is a large piece that is most affordably done in MDF wood. The clay for this one would probably cost about $100.00 alone. Creating this one out of wood is actually pretty easy.

Special Sculpting Techniques: Start by creating an arch structure using progressively smaller pieces of MDF wood. Leave the top flat enough to add the detail wide strip of wood. This was the easiest of the large models to create. It would be a good one to test out the limitations of your vacuforming machine. The larger pieces tend to provide more difficulty in getting a really good pull around the edges.
